Le Pacha Resort

We had a lovely holiday here. The Animation team kept us busy with different activities during the day and a new show each evening, including karaoke, music quizzes, and dancing. Thanks to everyone on the Animation team for a great time.

The beach and pool were lovely, and the basic rooms were okay. But the food was so bad that we had to eat out all the time, and the all-inclusive drinks were undrinkable. Service was poor, and most of the staff were rude and unhelpful, especially at reception. I’d never stay again and don’t recommend it.

The beach is probably the only good thing here. Breakfast and lunch had almost no choice, and it was the same all week. We were basically left with rice and some beef, while the fish was burnt and had no seasoning. Even the toast you tried to make burned. The whole hotel felt like a mess, like everyone was asleep. We had all-inclusive, arrived in the morning, and still weren’t given coffee unless we paid 2 dollars. The service was a catastrophic zero. We absolutely don’t recommend Resort Le Pacha in Hurghada. Management should take a look at themselves. NEVER THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!!

The room’s problems kept piling up: a broken door handle, a very loud air conditioner, a safe that didn’t work, and a two-hour water outage with no warning. There was also a broken marble slab in the bathroom that could have fallen at any moment, a real danger to my family, especially our child. After a full week of complaints, they moved us to another room. Later they sent bananas, oranges, tea, and coffee, but no kettle to heat the water. The hotel felt run-down and nowhere near worthy of four stars. Reception staff joked around and acted disrespectfully from the start, and staff in general seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. The food was almost identical each day, and I had stomach pain and diarrhea during my stay. Hygiene was practically nonexistent: ants were all over the rooms, and watering the gardens brought up awful smells from treated sewage water, bad enough to make you feel you needed a gas mask. A few employees were kind and helpful, though they seemed to be treated like slaves. Some others looked like they hadn’t washed their clothes in a month. I wonder where hotel regulation is in Egypt; I suspect the people responsible are asleep or corrupt. Staying here risks ruining your holiday and your safety. My honest advice is to stay somewhere else.
