SUNRISE Royal Makadi Resort

I'm really happy with this resort and feel great here. Everyone is so nice, and HAZEM at the pool bar is the best waiter! I have allergy problems, and the staff have been extremely kind and careful about making sure nothing happens. They pay close attention and take good care of everything. We felt so welcome and cared for throughout what was one of the best vacations of our lives. We stayed at SUNRISE Royal Makadi Resort with two small children, one a 1.5-year-old baby. The grounds were spacious, green, clean, and beautifully kept. The sea was warm and crystal clear, with a sandy entrance that worked perfectly for children. Lifeguards at every pool also helped us feel safe and relaxed. Restaurant staff were kind with the children and helped us with baby chairs. A special thanks to the beach staff member who brought us drinks every day and made those days brighter. The animation team was fantastic, and the desserts were delicious. The whole place had a warm, joyful feel. Reception always helped quickly when we had questions. Before our flight, the hotel let us stay three extra hours so the children could rest, and we were also allowed to have lunch. That care meant a lot to us. Thank you for a beautiful holiday and unforgettable memories. We’ll definitely return.

We stayed at Sunrise Royal Makadi Resort from 17.5 to 24.5 and were treated like family from the first day through the last. Manager Mostafa Lotfy was especially kind and caring, and his professional, warm manner made the holiday even more special. The waiters, chefs, and all the staff were friendly to us and our son, always smiling, quick, helpful, and attentive. The resort was clean and well organized, and the pools were spotless and well maintained. There was a huge range of food, and it all exceeded our expectations. The beach was beautiful, the weather was perfect, and the spa massages were a lovely surprise, really relaxing. Thanks to housekeeping too: our housekeeper was very kind and left sweet surprises in the room that made us smile each day. Special thanks to the waiters for their quick, professional service. We have unforgettable memories and would gladly come back.

The beach was lovely, clean, and made for relaxing, while the pools were well kept and suited both adults and children. The gardens and design also made the resort feel welcoming, and the whole property was very clean. Kareem, Kimo, Tyson, and Ellie from the entertainment team put on enjoyable activities and shows. From arrival to departure, everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help with a smile, especially Amr and Mohamed at reception. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. There was a great selection of tasty food each day, with excellent restaurant service from Sameh and Khaled Refaat from splash bar. I highly recommend Sunrise Royal Makadi Resort for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. Thanks to everyone for making our stay memorable. I'll definitely return.
