The location is very nice, close to the Nile though it doesn’t overlook it. It’s a clean, decent hotel with excellent service. The staff are respectful, friendly, and really do their best to make guests happy. I’d stay here again if I came back to Luxor. Thanks to everyone for all the service and everything.

Our best budget hotel in Egypt so far. The staff are lovely and the service and help were really good. Having a balcony room was a nice change, and the power stayed on consistently. The showers just need upgrading or repair.

A disgrace of a hotel. Street noise went on all night, and they wouldn’t help move us to a quieter room unless we paid. The manager and owner were very rude and unfriendly. They had no milk, so black tea or coffee was all we could have. The pillows felt like bricks, the rooms were very dusty, and the male cleaners didn’t clean properly. The pool area was filthy and dusty too. Don’t stay here. No stars for this awful place. I’d recommend the ACHTI RESORT for friendly, comfortable accommodation. Don’t do third class in Egypt.
