There were activities through the day and evening entertainment, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming to everyone. It seemed good for families, with respectable people. I enjoyed the food too, which was good for a three-star hotel. Thanks for all the food, and a special mention to food and beverage manager Manager Mahmoud Soliman, who was awesome. Five stars recommended! Thanks so much to Cuba, Rivietta, Bahr, and Ester. The whole animation team kept us entertained every day.

The entertainment team made us really happy. We joined their gay activities and games every day, and they let us know when the activities and parties were happening. They’re a fun team. The location is great, and the place is quiet and enjoyable. We had a different kind of vacation, and everything was good and suited all groups.

I booked Coral Hills Resort in Sharm El Sheikh for my brother and his wife, hoping they’d have a relaxing stay. Instead, they checked out the day they arrived because they couldn’t manage even one night there. They didn’t get a refund, despite the condition of the room and facilities being far below standard. The photos they sent shocked me. The bedding and pillowcases were stained and dirty, the bathroom was awful, with a cracked toilet and visible rust stains, and the stove was greasy and unhygienic. Overall cleanliness and maintenance were completely unacceptable. For somewhere calling itself a resort, the hygiene and upkeep are unacceptable. It needs serious cleaning and a complete renovation before welcoming guests again. I regret booking it for them. What should have been a pleasant stay became embarrassing and frustrating for them and for me. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone, and strongly advise avoiding it until major improvements are made. There are plenty of cleaner, better-maintained places in Sharm El Sheikh that actually respect their guests.

The pools being close to my room was convenient, but that was the only upside. The hotel was very basic, and the food was too, with nearly the same breakfast and lunch every day. Cleaning was shocking. Dead cockroaches were left in my room by the cleaning team every day, and the bathroom mirror was covered in mould. The rooms were as basic as they come, and the doors didn’t feel secure at all.
