Coral sea Holiday Resort & Aqua park

Youssef at the main pool bar deserves a special shoutout. He was attentive, always went out of his way for us, and even made his own cocktail, the holiday village special. The staff made us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay. It was my first trip to egypt, but I’d come back to the same hotel, something I’ve never done before. The hotel is kept really clean, and the staff work hard to keep the grass, trees, and facilities tidy. There was plenty of food choice, and we liked the a la carte restaurants too. We went to the Aqua Park twice for the slides, but preferred the quieter, more child-friendly feel at our hotel.

The grounds and our room were clean and tidy, though the hotel is very big, so be ready to get your steps in each day. Our 5 year old daughter had a great time, especially at the kids club on the couple of occasions she went. The buffet had good, varied food, and the on-site restaurants were very good too. Staff across the resort, from cleaners and bar staff to the entertainment team, were friendly and happy to help. Youssef by the pool looked after us throughout our holiday. We had a lovely stay.

The beach is right by the hotel, and the location is perfect. There’s plenty of space between the pool loungers too. It’s our first visit, but we’re having such a good time with the family that it won’t be our last. This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The staff are what’s making the holiday special. The one thing I’d flag is a Russian blonde, tall girl named Kristina. She seems to ask men for their phone numbers or socials. She asked my partner, and we were told she has asked other tourists’ husbands or boyfriends too. I don’t think that’s professional. Apart from that, we’re still at Coral Sea resort and are absolutely delighted. The grounds are huge, beautiful, and well kept, with lots of greenery, flowers, and pools. Our room is modern, spacious, and clean, and housekeeping comes daily and does a top-notch job. Staff are polite, friendly, and accommodating. Requests were handled quickly and with a smile. The food is great, with a big selection across the restaurants and something tasty for every taste. I especially liked the themed a la carte places and fresh seafood. The beach is clean with easy access to the water, and there’s a long pontoon out to a beautiful coral reef that’s perfect for snorkeling. Shows, live music, and activities for children and adults keep the entertainment going. It seems suited to couples and families alike. We’ve had lots of positive emotions and would love to return. I recommend Coral Sea resort if you want a comfortable vacation at a high level!
