Faraana Heights Aqua Park

We arrived as two adults with one child, but our room wasn’t ready. Staff first offered us a room with two beds, then added another after we complained. The next morning our child said something had bitten him, and we saw inflammation on his legs. The mattress was dirty, as in the photo, and it looked like something might be living inside it. Reception agreed to move us only after I signed a paper saying “no complaints.” The replacement room had three beds, but we were given only two sets of towels. Staff were impolite, and when I spoke English they answered in Russian. This hotel is ONLY FOR Russian guests.

I trusted that my things would be safe in the room while I went to meet a guide. When I got back, a substantial amount of cash was missing from the safe. I’m shocked and disgusted, and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The meals are really good, and with all inclusive there’s no need to go out. The pools are hygienic and sparkling clean, with flower leaves in the water like a spa. All the staff work hard, smile, and take your wishes seriously. I loved the pools and jacuzzis, and the animators are nice. The shuttle to all destinations is a thoughtful touch. Internet is available only in the lobby and waiting room. I loved this place so much. Thanks to friendly bişu.

The sea is warm, and you can enter it from the sand, though there are corals if you swim a little to the side. We’ve had another happy family holiday at Faraana Heights. The green grounds are lovely, the aqua park is great, and the rooms are roomy and comfortable. Food was tasty with something for every taste, plus lots of fruit and good sweets. The animation team made things fun, and the staff were attentive and always ready to help. The hotel management live on site and keep an eye on things during the day. Thanks to everyone, and wishing the hotel continued success. We’d gladly recommend it to other guests.
