Savoy Sharm El Sheikh

The beach parties had great music and entertainment, and there were activities there every day. Coco from the animation team brought loads of energy to everything, from volleyball and sand games to dancing and all the other daily beach activities. Baha the bartender made delicious drinks and gave excellent service. Mr. Reda from the beach team was always friendly and helpful too. The staff were kind and professional, always smiling. Savoy Hotel is beautiful and clean, with a great atmosphere for relaxing and having fun. This was one of my best vacation experiences, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.

The shower drained very slowly, so there's a plumbing issue that needs attention. On our departure morning, reception also failed to bring the breakfast we'd paid for in advance and ordered the night before. We had to buy breakfast instead, which cost us 600LE. We had a great 8 nights at the Savoy, and the staff were friendly. Makarious at the restaurant was especially helpful, bringing our usual breakfast and drink each morning with a welcoming smile. Rasha was always cheerful and friendly when we saw her at the restaurant, and the other Makarious at the Rocky pool bar was very friendly and gave great service.

The lifeguards at both the beach and pool were wonderful, keeping such a close eye on my young son that they seemed more attentive to him than I was. One even lent me his fins when I'd forgotten mine in the room, which I really appreciated. My son was also very happy in the kids’ area. Dalia and Yostina were always smiling and welcoming, and Pizza Day was one of the happiest parts of his stay. At Adalar restaurant, the staff brought warm covers right away when my daughters felt cold. Mr. Mina was exceptionally kind, and the food was delicious, especially the baklava with ice cream. Hot Rock was a great first-time experience for the whole family, and everyone there was respectful and welcoming. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant too, with tasty food and excellent service. Mr. Sherif, whom we met at Hot Rock and the Greek restaurant, was always helpful and polite. This was my third stay at Savoy Hotel, and it felt like home again. Mr. Ahmed at reception made everything smooth from the start and helped us make lovely memories with our children. I appreciate how much care goes into the details. I saw one of the gardeners carefully cleaning every corner to keep the grounds neat, and that really reflects the hotel's spirit. Most of the staff are professional and dedicated. Rasha at the restaurant was especially kind, and Yostina quickly sorted out a few issues in our room the same day. Savoy Hotel remains one of my favorite places. It feels like my second home.

The resort also felt well organized and secure, and the atmosphere stayed calm rather than chaotic. There was plenty of room around the thoughtfully designed pools, so they never felt crowded. Savoy Sharm El Sheikh sits right on the Red Sea, with immediate access to clear water and vibrant marine life. The private beach was well maintained, and the snorkeling alone made the stay worthwhile. Our room was spacious, clean, and consistently well serviced, with the care in housekeeping and upkeep easy to see. The dining choices were varied and dependable. Food quality was consistent at both the buffet and à la carte restaurants, with good international options and well-prepared local dishes. Restaurant service was attentive without getting in the way. The resort delivered a high-level stay through its location, amenities, and consistent service.
