Mr. Abdo at the front desk gave me such a warm welcome and was consistently professional and supportive. I also want to thank the teams at the Asian restaurant and seafood restaurant for their friendly service and high-quality meals. Everyone was kind, professional, and ready to help, which made the whole stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience, and I'd recommend the hotel. I look forward to coming back.

The staff were fantastic. Whatever we asked for, someone was willing to help, whatever the department, and the animators were kind and friendly too. We were there from 5-15 September 2025, and my friend and I had a beautiful time. The pools are a good size, and the sea is amazing. Put on a snorkel and look below the surface: the colorful fish come right up to you, almost like they're hugging you. Our room was good, though the TV didn't work. The food was decent, but after visiting Turkish hotels, the flavors here weren't really to our taste. You can leave the restaurant full, but how you get there is the question. The location is a bit awkward, far from the center and famous places, but being close to the airport balances that out. I've visited lots of places, but I'll never forget you, sharm el sheikh. Thanks for everything.

The weather and the sea were pretty good. Other parts of the stay were more mixed. The bathroom water was yellow one day, and the food was okay, though I expected better. The beach is small, with just one platform for getting into the water, and it often gets crowded. If you're interested in cultural tourism, there's not much to do in Sharm El Sheikh. The nearby mosque was far too loud, and some employees were a bit too talkative. There were also lots of Russian-speaking tourists, so it didn't feel very diverse. Locals seemed to speak Russian better than English.

The grounds are nicely green, the sea life is colorful, and the food tastes good. The crowd is mostly Russian, though, and people can be loud and obnoxious. Staff keep trying to speak Russian to you even after you tell them you don't understand it.
