Having a washer with detergent right on top was probably the best thing for me. At other places I’ve had to buy my own, and they only sell big sizes when I’m staying a couple of days. There’s also a drying rack outside, different teas and coffee, towels and an iron. The refrigerator is spacious and the AC works very well. It’s convenient too, close to places to shop and local restaurants. The downside is that the guesthouse is in a local neighborhood and there’s no business sign or logo to show you’re at the right place. Tour operators had trouble finding it for pickups, and both a late pickup and a drop-off near, but not at, the exact location happened to me. Maybe the drivers aren’t familiar with Google Maps or GPS. You may need to take several pictures of where the place is, since they seem more familiar with hotels. Aside from that, I definitely recommend it to travelers.
