The room wasn’t in great shape when I arrived, but I reported the issues and they fixed everything quickly. That showed they do care about guests. Lunch was much better than breakfast. The food, drinks, and shisha were all solid, and I could tell they put effort into making lunch a good experience. Breakfast was below what I expected from a 4-star hotel, with very limited options. The atmosphere was nice, though some details around the place needed attention. My stay was good overall, and it’s not a bad choice for a relaxed visit.

We had a terrible experience here, and it ruined the holiday for me and the children. This hotel is not child friendly at all. Lifeguards tried to square up to my 9-year-old in the car park, and staff shouted at the children without respect. I had two children on the spectrum with me, and staff repeatedly put them in situations they shouldn’t have been in. They shouted at women too, with no empathy, and seemed to treat people well only if money was involved. There are no women working at this hotel. It’s all men, who constantly talk and stare at you and laugh among themselves. Once the pools close, there’s nothing for children to do. Nothing, and I mean nothing, is all inclusive except the sides they give, like salad. The drinks and food were handed out as if we hadn’t paid and were lucky to get anything. We ended up eating out a lot, and it felt like we were double-charged everywhere. The place hasn’t been updated since it opened. It needs a full reform. I’d never return. We’d seen the reviews, but booked through agents, so changing hotels was very hard. If you’ve booked, try to rebook somewhere else. Please look up Abu Ali, where the locals live and go. It’s so cheap that it’s hard to spend even 200 Egyptian there. The vibe is so good, and the food, clothes, and fresh juices were honestly more enjoyable than the old market.

The restaurant was as bad as the room: broken chairs, cats walking around inside and eating near guests, and food that was unclean, poor quality, and had almost no variety. It didn’t represent Egyptian taste at all. The all-inclusive package was useless, with no bottled water or coffee. The dispenser water tasted awful, so I had to go out and buy clean water and food. I booked ten nights without reading reviews, which was a huge mistake. The first night was the most miserable accommodation experience I’ve had. My room was dirty and full of insects, and I got bitten. The furniture was extremely old and needed urgent repairs. There was no minibar, coffee, or even a bottle of water. The bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained. I went to reception in the morning to check out after that night and explained everything when they asked why I was leaving. The receptionist said this was “normal in all hotels in Sharm El Sheikh,” which isn’t true. He was rude, unprofessional, and made no effort to resolve anything. I’d never recommend this place. It was a complete disaster from start to finish.

The location worked well for me, about a 10-minute drive from several city attractions and around 15 minutes from the airport. The price was reasonable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They kindly offered to prepare an early breakfast since we had to leave before the usual breakfast time. The room was spacious, with a bathroom and small kitchen, but the furniture was very old and worn. They provided towels, but no soap or tissues. Service was acceptable. There’s a restaurant and bar at the hotel, and I noticed a couple of nearby shops open until midnight. Internet wasn’t free. I used the private hotel taxi once. It was an old van, but functional and fairly priced. I stayed less than 24 hours, mainly to sleep, so it met my needs for that short visit. I didn’t try the pool, breakfast, or room service, so I can’t comment on them. My stay was acceptable, but I wouldn’t choose it again.
