The team was the best part of our stay. They worked well together and seemed to genuinely care, and the service felt more like a resort than a hotel. They took care of everything and made us feel wanted, so we could relax as a couple. At Jewel Hotel Sharm el Sheikh, the rooms were clean and updated, the pool was excellent, and there were lots of things to do, including snorkeling, scuba diving, day cruises, and music. Prices for food and drinks were very affordable. The location was perfect, just off the bay but close to shops. We'd highly recommend it.

The beach area was nice, with easy access to the sea and lots of colorful fish among some coral. Breakfast was good, and our room was cleaned very well every day. The air conditioning stopped working, but when we told reception, they sent someone to fix it right away. The staff were amazing, very friendly, and made us feel at home all week. The animation team could be a bit much sometimes, to be honest.

Ehab, our guest manager, was so helpful and gave us amazing service. The hotel itself felt like bliss for a family beach break, with the amenities we needed. The staff were very humble and helpful, and the best part was the sea view from the deck, with beautiful fish visible around. For the price we were offered, the hotel and service were just right. The buffet wasn't exactly amazing, but it was food we could get by on.

The sea view from the deck was the best part, with beautiful fish around. The hotel has what you need for a beach vacation, and the staff are humble and helpful. It felt like a lovely family place to enjoy our time, all in all a wonderful hotel.

The Red Sea view was lovely, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The food was good too. Jewel was an extremely lovely stay, with a convenient spot in Naama Bay right by my dive centre. The staff were lovely, especially the breakfast restaurant team, who were super helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.
