The reception staff were rude and didn't speak proper English. The bathrooms smelled bad, everything was unclean, and there wasn't even a working TV in our room. The water in the bar and restaurant was sewage and unfit to drink, and it made you sick. The pool was filthy, so we couldn't swim, and there was no beach on site. It was far away in another area. The buses were dirty, unreliable, and needed maintenance, unfit for human use. The food was terrible, with no buffet and small portions, truly sickening. My family and I ate outside the hotel during our stay, which was very expensive. Everything was different from the pictures and reviews. We lost money because of the hotel's deception. You can't call this a restaurant or a hotel. Everything was terrible, and I don't know how this can be a hotel.

The place is far from the city center and activities, and there's nothing special about it. The rooms weren't clean, especially the bathrooms, which were in very bad condition and smelled bad. Breakfast and dinner were the worst I've seen. There was no care for food cleanliness or its appearance, size, or quantity. It felt like we were eating food that had been stored for days. The chefs showed no respect for people's humanity in the quality of the food. I advise people not to stay here. If a review could give less than one star, this place would deserve it.
