I found this hotel on Google Maps back in 2010 and stayed there with a group of friends. It was the worst hotel I've ever been to. I've traveled a lot around Europe and the US since then and haven't seen a worse one. The food and service were terrible, and the way people were treated was awful. They'd call the police for the smallest reason. They had no idea how to provide proper service. We really miss Egypt and those times, but hotels like this should be demolished or put under completely new management.

For three nights I booked through booking because of the price and location, and it was a big mistake. The reception was rude, the room and service were poor, and the hotel wasn't worth a penny. If management brought it down to one star, it would match what I experienced, even if it was rated three or four stars. There was no hot water in my room for 1.5 days in December. The water was about 15 C, so I couldn't shower. They eventually moved me after many complaints, even though the hotel was almost empty. The pool speaker was another problem. It played loudly and continuously from 9 am to 11 pm, so I couldn't nap, and the room windows didn't insulate the sound. I complained repeatedly and was told this was normal at any hotel. The hotel seemed less than 10% occupied in my opinion, and I didn't see anyone around the pool for three days, but staff insisted it was an instruction. There are many nearby Naama bay hotels at the same rates that are managed better. Don't waste your money.

I visited some years ago. The location was good, with only a very short walk to the beach, but the all-inclusive was terrible. Everything was buffet style, drinks were never refilled, and service took forever even when there weren't many people around.

There was no beach on site, and it took about 20 minutes to walk to a public one. The rooms were unclean, including the sheets, towels, and bathroom, which had no air freshener. The pool didn't seem healthy at all, facilities were poor, and the food was the same every day and not even fresh. There were bugs everywhere.

We booked a room for 4 people but were given one for 2. The staff said it wasn't their problem. In the end they offered a room for 3, but wanted us to pay extra. We took our money and went to a nearby hotel instead. As we left, I heard another guest complaining about their room at reception. The rooms were dirty, and the sheets had stains and didn't look clean at all. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. There are many good hotels at naama bay, so we had no trouble finding a clean one.
