Oonas Dive Club

I stayed for five days. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. Every room has a balcony. There's a restaurant and a pharmacy right next door, and the private beach is shared with Swissotel. It's a bit far from Old market, though fairly close to the airport.

I spent a week at Oonas while doing my scuba course there. The hotel and restaurant staff, as well as the dive center team, were all really friendly. Everything went smoothly, and I can't wait to come back.

Mahmoud was the best instructor, and Oonas is the best dive club. We had a great time earning our Padi Open Water certificate. He taught in several languages, including Italian for us, and helped us feel confident and comfortable in the water. I'm not scared of diving anymore! Thanks, Oonas, Karen, Sheila, and Mahmoud. The whole staff is great.

The balcony view was a highlight for me: sea, palm trees, and the Sinai Peninsula mountains all in sight, with lovely natural light coming into the room. The rooms felt private and were exceptionally clean. The bathrooms were spotless and in good condition, with nothing looking worn out, and I saw no insects or bed bugs. Oonas Dive Club is a small hotel, but it was one of the most charming places I've stayed in Sharm El Sheikh. I was there for four nights. It's right on Naama Bay's beachfront, sharing a clean sandy private beach with the neighboring Swissotel. A promenade between the hotels and beaches runs along the bay, lined with shops and supermarkets. The area feels lively but peaceful. The hotel is close to Peace Road, the city's main route, and taxis and reliable, budget-friendly public minibuses are easy to find. It's a bed-and-breakfast setup, so lunch and dinner aren't included, but the restaurant serves them at reasonable prices. Breakfast is a simple, tasty open buffet, and the food was consistently good. I just would've liked more variety from day to day. There's no pool, but I came for the beach and sea, so that wasn't a problem. There's no king bed option either, but the hotel joins two singles together so neatly that you can't feel the difference. I highly recommend it for comfort, location, and value.
