Safir waterfalls resort

The buffet was colorful, plentiful, and full of authentic flavors, with a great variety of dishes. The kitchen team were professional, helped with requests, and kept everything organized and refilled even when there were many guests. Restaurant staff were attentive and courteous, making the atmosphere welcoming. The bar staff were friendly and professional too, and the lifeguards at the pool and beach helped us feel safe and relaxed. My wife and I appreciated the kindness and care we received at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort. From arrival, the Front Office welcomed us with professionalism and attention. Mr. Joseph, the Front Office Manager, was discreet but always present, and truly reflects the resort's hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to him for his dedication and passion. I also want to thank Mr. Ibrahim Naem, Food & Beverage Manager. His leadership and professionalism showed in the excellent organization and quality of the whole food and beverage department. We returned home with wonderful memories and a positive feeling. Hospitality is an art, and we really experienced that here.

We stayed with five families from Hungary and had a lovely holiday. The view from our rooms was amazing, and the sea life right in front of the hotel was beautiful. The staff were helpful and kept smiling. Thanks to the reservation team for a nice discount and a well-organized airport Pick Up, it was great value for money. The bartender at Latino, the biliard bar, was also great and helped with everything we needed each night. Thank you all, we'd definitely recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with care and attention, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We spent a week at this all-inclusive resort in Feb 2026. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including a great late-night welcome with food after our arrival was delayed. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice ocean views. The reef was beautiful and snorkeling excellent, and the greenery and multiple pools were well maintained. The food was repetitive, often bland, and below expectations. Coffee and many drinks were low quality, while better options cost extra. The all-inclusive offering was limited, with extra charges for many items. The buffet area felt overcrowded and poorly designed. Getting around was challenging, with lots of stairs and limited funicular access. The location is remote, and taxis are needed since there's no shuttle. It's not a bad resort, but the food, layout, and value don't justify a five-star rating. Worth considering once, though I wouldn't return.
