It's worth a visit.

We booked through Booking.com for two families, six people in total, expecting accommodation. What we actually got was two apartments a three-minute walk from the beach near the FARSHA cafe, in a neighborhood where local residents live. It's not a clean or orderly area, with trash thrown around and no bins. The apartment was also dirty, like the surroundings, and the two-room unit was badly renovated, with poor workmanship throughout. And don't book through Booking.com, they're ripping you off! We paid $1,600 for two apartments for nine days, though the actual price is $200 per month if booked on site or through the Facebook group CHARM WITHOUT RULES! Still, if you don't mind the dirt or the prices, you could stay with your family for a month for no more than 100,000₽.

The owner's 150-euro deposit was another problem. They then look for reasons to keep it or deduct unjustified fines. Farsha Beach is nearby, but entry costs $5-$10 per person depending on the day and whether you want a towel and water. With that beach fee on top, a full-board hotel seems a much better deal. I spent two months in Sharm el-Sheikh across hotels and apartments, so I had plenty to compare. I'd choose another apartment farther from the beach and take a $1-$2 taxi to one of the many beaches instead. The apartment is old, the bathroom dirty and broken, and there's no hot water. It smells old and unpleasant. The owner makes promises but doesn't deliver. It's in a local residential area that's dirty and dark in the evenings, and the nearest shops are a long walk through local neighborhoods. I highly recommend this place.

Quiet and pleasant place.
