Check-in was very quick, the reception staff were friendly, and the price for the stay felt fair. I can recommend the hostel, though I had a bad experience with one of the cleaning staff. When my colleague asked a short cleaner whether she should make the bed or clean, she rudely said no and didn't understand English, which made basic communication difficult. When I asked the cleaning staff something, she seemed annoyed. I felt she spent hours on her phone and spoke disrespectfully about her boss, and thought that might explain why she couldn't finish her work. I manage people too, and if there is an issue, they speak directly to the boss. She left her phone behind while working. The cleaning lady didn't show respect to guests, or, in my view, to her bosses. My Spanish isn't perfect, but I understood that she couldn't finish her work because of the time spent on the phone. It was unpleasant hearing her talk about her bosses with such contempt.

Nothing fancy, just a basic hotel with what you need. It's centrally located in port d‘alcúdia.

The rooms are roomy and nice, and the price was very good. It's close to the port and beach but in a quiet spot. Check-in was easy, with key boxes available, though reception isn't staffed before noon.

The location was great, but the rest of the stay was terrible. Our door lock didn't work, a medium-sized person couldn't fit in the restroom, and the room got no sunshine.

⭐️ We spent one night at Hotel Diana while on a bike tour and were happy with the room for what we paid. The hotel is nicely located in the center of Alcúdia, and it's a good, inexpensive place. We'd stay again. ⭐️
