The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed: two bedrooms, two shower bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer, plus a roomy lounge with two sofas and a small balcony. The owner met us when we arrived and was really friendly and helpful. It was our first time in Alicante and we loved the beautiful buildings and restaurants. The beach was about a 10 minute walk away. We stayed from Monday to Friday and were so impressed that we'd definitely come back.

We spent 10 days here as a family of six, with our grown-up kids. The flat is very central, so we enjoyed walking to the beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. It was easy to cook a few meals in the apartment, and having our own washing machine was handy for towels and other bits. The beds were comfortable; I asked for extra pillows and got them straight away. We could cool off in the air conditioning when we needed it. The property was as advertised, and we're very happy to recommend it.

The hostess was personable and quick to respond. The apartment was lovely, clean, well equipped and in a very convenient spot.

We had a great stay. The place has three rooms as well as a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a large shower. It's conveniently located for both the beach and the city centre.

It was just okay, nothing special, and for the price I expected a bit more, especially after the previous apartment we stayed in Alicante. There was air conditioning only in the living room, so the heat made for some sleepless nights. The neighbours were very noisy, and a few times someone rang the doorbell in the middle of the night.
