Tandem Portal de Elche

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and its spot near bars and restaurants was great, with the beach and harbour only a short walk away. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we waited at a local bar for an hour and a half. When we returned, staff said they hadn't heard we were waiting because the shift change hadn't passed on the information. Check-in service was otherwise okay. It was also noisy late at night and again at 7 am when the bottle bins were emptied. Lovely apartment, but I wouldn't stay here with young children because of the noise.

The apartments are beautiful and right in central Alicante, about a five-minute walk from the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I lost my phone in an Uber and couldn't communicate well with the driver because we don't speak Spanish. The receptionist helped by translating, and we got my phone back the next day. I'm very grateful for the reception team's support. I'd happily recommend the apartments and will definitely return.

The apartment was huge, with everything new and modern, and the beds were comfortable. The location was great too, and the reception staff were polite and helpful. One of the best apartments I've ever rented.

The room was spacious and pleasant, and the location was perfect. The bathroom sink was a little blocked, though, so the water took ages to drain. It was a bit noisy around midnight. Still, who doesn't love Alicante?
