The place was unsanitary and misleading. Booking.com’s listing didn’t make clear that everything was shared, and the photos didn’t reflect the actual rooms. They were smaller, darker and uncomfortable, with noise from other guests all night. The bathroom had mold, and the bedroom air quality was terrible. The host was dishonest and avoided responsibility when he was finally available and I confronted him. It felt like he only cared about getting my money, while ignoring the hygiene and ventilation problems. I could only sort it out by calling Booking directly and raising the health concerns. That got me a partial refund so I could find somewhere else for the following nights. If you have asthma or allergies, stay far away. You could spend the night and the next few days coughing. I’ve attached some photos showing the bathroom’s condition.

The location is definitely a big plus. Before we confirmed the booking, though, we hadn’t realized there was only one bathroom for all the apartment rooms and that it was shared.

We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay in this apartment, despite the thin walls. Noise from neighbouring rooms and the hallway carried easily, and at times it disturbed the quiet, especially late at night. The sound insulation could be improved. The rooms were spacious, with a thoughtful layout and tasteful decor, so there was plenty of room to relax after a day out. Staff were friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to housekeeping, and their warm, attentive approach made me feel at home. It was also easy to get around from here. Shops, places to eat and local attractions were all close by, which made exploring convenient and saved time. Communication was good from the time I booked: the staff responded promptly to my questions and made the arrangements before I arrived. That was reassuring. Despite the noise issue, I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in this lively area.

Right in Alicante city center, so I could just step outside and find bars, restaurants and the main attractions around me. The beach and Explanada de España were only a few minutes away. The apartment was very clean, and my room had a comfortable large bed, a well equipped bathroom and its own cozy balcony with a fantastic view. The layout was nicely thought out. There was also a large balcony overlooking the charming city, plus a big, pleasant kitchen with all the appliances, including a microwave. A large TV, comfortable couch, washing machine and dryer made it especially practical for a vacation. The staff were lovely and competent, and available when I needed help. I’d happily come back and can only recommend it.

The location was spot on, right in the center and only a few minutes from the beach. We had a large room with a balcony and a great view. The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything we could need. I’d definitely recommend it.
