Awful experience. We arrived late, which shouldn't have been a problem since check-in was self-service, but the owner hadn't left the keys where we'd agreed. They didn't reply to our messages or calls. It was peak holiday season, so we couldn't find anywhere else that night and my family had to spend the night in the street. All we received was a weak apology, "if it caused any inconvenience".
I don't understand Mirko's review at all. Fatima always replies very quickly, and check-in is easy with the app and key box. I mostly see four and five star ratings on other platforms. It seems like Mirko had intentions other than being honest with that review.
