The rooms had a fridge and air conditioning, and breakfast was included, freshly made for us and very nice. The house and our room were clean, and the staff were always available to help with whatever you wanted. Nadia and Mark looked after us and made the stay really pleasant. It's not right in the centre, but I still really recommend staying here.

We had a car, so the distance from the city centre didn't matter to us. The location worked perfectly for our needs, with an easy drive to Cirque du Soleil's big top when we came to Alicante to see the show. Maurice was friendly and helpful, and his fresh-made breakfast was delicious. We'd stay here again next time we're in Alicante.

The staff were nice, but the room wasn't so good.

It was disappointing trying to sleep on the sofa bed with all the streetlights coming in, since there were no curtains to block them. The air conditioners barely cooled the place, and the bathroom smelled nauseating. The kitchen tap had very little pressure and only gave hot water. They advertise the apartment for three or four people, but it felt small. The kitchen supplies were also scant: just three forks, if you were lucky, and only two chairs for eating.
