We had a three-bedroom apartment, which was fine, but every facility in the complex was locked. The pool doesn't open until after June 15. Walking to the beach with a buggy wasn't always ideal, and the stay felt a bit repetitive. The owner wasn't helpful, and there was no information book. It could be a lot better. With all the facilities closed, you'd be better off staying by the beach or in Valentia town.

We're here for a long weekend, from August 31 to September 3, 2018. The pool is fantastic and very clean, and the sea, shops, restaurants and transport links are all nearby. We only just discovered the bar on site today: a cold bottle of beer for €1.50, served with a chilled glass from the freezer and a tasty tapas for free. Best bargain of the year!

It's a safe area with lovely, well-kept landscaping, and the staff on site are friendly. I love the pool, though I wish it had a couple of dedicated lap lanes. The sea, grocery store, restaurants and tram are all nearby, and the location is great.

We've come here for holidays year after year. The facade was recently renovated, and it's about 15 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from La Fontana Centro Comercial.

Renting it is very expensive, especially when the swimming pool, playground, and other facilities are closed. Why should I have to pay for things I can't use?
