Being right on Ramblas put us close to the harbour and beachfront. Our room was clean and presentable, with a great bathroom, bed, and balcony. There was a carnival and a concert almost directly in front of the hotel on one of our nights, and it was loud. Still, with the balcony doors shut we slept easily, even though the concert ran into the early hours. It was worth the price.

The only small annoyance was the cleaning trolley rolling past our bedroom door in the morning. It was very noisy. Otherwise we had a wonderful five-day stay and will definitely come back. The rooms were immaculate, with plenty of towels and a large shower, and the staff were helpful with check-in and questions about Alicante. The hotel is right in the city center, handy for shopping, the beach, and the castle. The cleaning staff have done a great job. A credit to Alicante.

I arrived at 1am, so the 24-hour reception was a real help. The staff were excellent, and I was impressed by the hotel. It was clean, the rooms were large and had air conditioning, and the location was great, with restaurants, shops, and the beach nearby. I'd absolutely come back for another city visit.

The location was great and everything was very clean. Our executive room was advertised with tea and coffee facilities, but there wasn't much choice in the room and no milk, so we had to buy our own.

The location is fantastic, and the rooms are very clean. The cleaners are nice and housekeeping is helpful. Reception was less welcoming: they don't look at you as you pass and don't respond properly when you make a request.
