Guillman Suites

The service was great.

We spent one night in a really well-located place in Alicante, with free parking nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, and had an oven, utensils, and everything else we needed. A ceramic hob would have been useful, and the bed felt saggy. We could also hear quite a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms. Self-check-in worked well, though I’d rather scan my ID at a machine there than upload it through an app using a WhatsApp link. That felt a bit insecure.

The apartment was spotless, carefully maintained, and had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space felt pleasant and thoughtfully set up to make you feel at home. The location was another plus, close to everything but in a quiet area, so it suited both relaxing and exploring the city. Communication was excellent from the start. They were attentive and helpful throughout. The apartments went beyond what I expected, and I’d absolutely come back and recommend them to anyone visiting Alicante.

The cancellation mix-up has been fixed, so I’m taking down the review I left a few days ago. The staff were kind when they helped me book by phone a few months back, and they were just as helpful with the cancellation. We’d really hoped to make the trip, but a family member’s health meant we couldn’t. I’d happily book with them again when I’m back in Alicante.
