The place was so unpleasant to sleep in. There are no blinds, and daylight coming in from 6:30 am made it impossible to sleep after that. The mattress was completely sunken in the middle, and there was no pillow. The sheets didn’t seem clean, and I’m sure the pillowcases hadn’t been washed for our stay because they smelled awful. The towels were ancient and smelled musty after one use. There was no coffee maker either. The bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable, nothing like the photos, and the smell there was unbearable. The washing machine drain smelled terrible too. We stayed last week in the off-season and paid €100 a night, so we expected at least something decent. They wouldn’t let us leave our luggage or check in half an hour early. The answer was always no, 3 pm. We were really unhappy. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but €100 a night for this is unacceptable, and the 4.3 rating could be misleading.

It’s been four years, but I still remember how wonderful it was here. Five stars don’t feel like enough. Hope to see you again soon.

The bed was softer than I like, and the sheets and towels could have been better. A few little things were missing too, like cold water in the fridge, kitchen roll or napkins, and more than one shower gel. The apartment was clean, right in the centre, and had air conditioning and soundproof windows.

The person who handed over the keys was very friendly, though they spoke only a little English. There are free parking spaces nearby, but there are far more people looking for spaces than spaces available. The flat itself was clean, well equipped, and good value, in a residential building not far from the centre. You can hear a lot of what the neighbours are up to, sometimes past midnight, and the cold LED lighting in the kitchen and living room made those rooms feel a bit unwelcoming.
