I reported this business to Booking.com. They charged me for the full stay even though I cancelled within the stated time and did it correctly, as if I’d used the apartment. They have poor manners and little regard for customers. They hung up on me and blocked me on WhatsApp, so I couldn’t claim what I believe is rightfully mine. I hope people like this aren’t allowed to run businesses like these. Regards.

I contacted Ryanair about cancelling my flights to Alicante, but unfortunately still haven’t had a reply. Too bad 😂

I was walking past when a shadow suddenly appeared, so I stopped for a photo. I hope the place itself is just as wonderful, with that view of the sea!

Another run-down place to stay. A hotel would be better. Staying in one would help the city and support good tourism.
