NH Alicante

The location made getting around easy. It’s about 10-15 minutes by taxi from the airport and 7-10 minutes by Uber to the city centre. There are plenty of nearby cafés, restaurants, affordable places to eat, and supermarkets, so we could have a relaxed evening without going into town. We also had a beautiful view from our room. We appreciated the helpful, professional staff, who spoke fluent English. Check-in and checkout were quick, and breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The premises have a clean, modern look, and the room was serviced daily. The mini fridge was useful during our January 2026 stay. The rooftop pool was closed then, but we could still use the spa. The sauna was quite cold, the jacuzzi wasn’t very warm, and we weren’t allowed to pour water in the sauna, which made it less enjoyable. Although the room was cleaned every day, there was visible black mould in the shower, and some came off while we were showering. More regular, thorough deep cleaning would help, as it wasn’t pleasant. That’s why we’d give the hotel four stars. Still, we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend NH Hotel. Thank you.

The room was a great size and came with tea, coffee, and a minibar. The reception staff were helpful, though we had to wait until 3 pm to check in. The location wasn’t great for us, in a residential area about a 45-minute walk from town.

Meals were a real highlight at NH Alicante, thanks especially to Estebam, Patri, and Victor. They were so friendly and attentive, always doing their best to meet our requests. They also spoke very good English, which made everything easier. Their service made dining feel special.

We stayed in the suite with a view, and it was incredible, very spacious, super clean, and beautifully kept. The lobby was stunning and welcoming, and we loved the panoramic lifts. Breakfast was absolutely amazing too, with a great range to choose from. We had a fantastic stay at NH Alicante!
