Odyssey Rooms

We stayed here as a family and had a very nice time. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the location was handy. The rooftop bar was great, too. The reception team was available around the clock. They were always smiling, answered all our questions, and suggested some great restaurants. Thank you!

We were stranded in town in the middle of the night after our original hotel booking fell through. We'd arrived late and tried several hotels and hostels, but they were all full. Then we walked into this hotel and met Lana. Even though they had no rooms left and she didn't owe us any help, she sat down and called nearly every hotel in town to see if anyone had space. We were so stressed, and her kindness meant a lot. If the rest of the staff are anything like Lana, this place is amazing. Thank you again, Lana!

The staff were wonderful and helped me out after a couple of disasters. The room was beautiful, and the rooftop bar was lovely. Hotel Odyssey gave us incredible customer service. We’ll definitely be back.

The location is a real plus, close to the beach and marina, with a great view of the castle from the roof terrace. The hotel was spotless, and our room was well appointed, with complimentary water. There was also free water and fruit, a hot drinks vending machine, a powerful multi-function shower, and a ceiling fan. Reception is open 24 hours. We stayed in Room 105, at the front on the first floor, and sleep was broken every night. Around 3:15am the large bins across the road were emptied. Motorbikes were moved into the parking lot across the road through the night, and delivery vehicles stopped outside to serve nearby shops. We liked the hotel, but the noise would put us off returning. Other rooms may be quieter, but reception couldn't answer our questions or guarantee one. The safe didn't work when we arrived. They couldn't fix it, and after two days offered us a room change. I hope it gets sorted for the next occupant. On our final night the toilet cistern stopped refilling, so the toilet wouldn't flush. That also needs fixing.
