San Nicolas

Aida let me get in early and stored my bike and bag in a secure room. The apartments are very spacious, with cooking facilities, a washing machine, microwave and a bathroom with a shower. The old town location is great, close to everything. Looking forward to going back soon.

We had such a great stay and I’m sure we’ll come back. The place was literally faultless: a spacious apartment, really well equipped, and in a brilliant central spot. The Titos team made everything easy, including the out-of-hours check-in and a very early airport transfer. We had a kitchen, a balcony that was lovely for a drink before or after dinner, tapas bars and restaurants right outside, and the beach just a couple of minutes away.

Aida looked after us so well while we were there. She was friendly, helpful, and spoke good English, and she really made the holiday better. The apartment is tucked into a little lane, so it felt quiet and secure even though it’s right in the middle of the old town, close to everything and lots of restaurants. There was plenty of space, with a lounge and dining area, mini fridge, washer and dryer, cooking facilities, and powerful air conditioning. Very comfortable.

We’ve visited Alicante many times but this was our first stay here, and we’d happily return. Aida was really friendly and helpful at check-in, and the rooms were clean with the space used well. It’s centrally located and felt like good value. You can hear footsteps from the room above and some noise from outside, so keep that in mind. We’d still be happy to recommend it.
