We stayed at Acta in April for my mother’s birthday, and they kindly gave us a lovely gift at no cost. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The rooms were clean, the heating and cooling worked well, and room service was done daily. No complaints from me.

The location was perfect, and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were kind and helpful, and they gave us a room with a balcony and a view. Free coffee at the cafe was a sweet little perk. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel welcome and helping us create beautiful memories in Barcelona. We’ll definitely be back! :) With love, NG ❤️

The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful, and the location worked well, just a few minutes from the Metro and Plaça Catalunya. The hotel itself feels overdue for refurbishment, though. Breakfast was pleasant but didn’t feel like four-star quality, and the Wi-Fi in the room was weak. Mobile reception was poor too, which wasn’t great for a business trip.

We were able to check in early, which the kind, respectful receptionist arranged for us. The hotel was spotless, and the complimentary coffee was really good. It’s also in a handy spot near a lively street. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend it.

The beds were comfortable, and the extra sink just outside the bathroom was handy for three of us getting ready. The hotel is also very well placed for visiting Barcelona. Our room was in poor repair, and the hot breakfast was cold. There was supposed to be a kettle, but none in the room. When we asked for one with three cups, we got the kettle and two paper cups. The man who checked us in came across as hostile and almost rude, though most of the other staff were friendly and helpful.
