The apartment was in poor shape, and the shower stall was tiny. The wall-mounted TV was really just a monitor, so small you couldn’t even read teletext. We felt misled by both the photos and the claimed size of 35 square meters; the place seemed under 15. When the owner said the terrace was included in the total, we sent a photo of its bars, chain, and padlock. It’s very small and clearly hasn’t been used in a long time. Also, if you use your own mobile internet, the app won’t let you access the elevator. Guests should be told to connect to the property Wi-Fi right away, or they may end up walking to the sixth floor like we did. The staff we reached by phone were rude.

The place looked nothing like the pictures, and the elevator opens straight into the room. Watch out for people at the entrance pretending to work there, they’re scammers.

I’m giving it half a star because at least the toilet flushes. There was no hot water, and check-in took over an hour while they said they’d sent emails we never received. No smoke detectors either. The balcony tiles were broken, and it was chained and padlocked. I feel sick being here. Definitely not worth the money.

Once we got checked in, everything was great. The room was clean, cool, quiet, and felt very safe, and the modern check-in setup was pretty cool once we figured it out. The location is fantastic, right in the center. I had to call the front desk three times for help at arrival, but they were wonderful each time and even called midway through our stay to see how we were doing. That’s the reason for the 4 instead of 5, I wish the check-in instructions had been clearer. I’d absolutely recommend it.
