Habitat Apartments Guitart

Getting into the apartment was a mess from the start. We waited two hours outside to check in, then were told the front door battery was faulty. We’d reserved parking, but they couldn’t find the remote, so we had to find somewhere else ourselves. They gave us keys and said a technician would fix the Nuki door opener, which uses a mobile app code, the next day. He came at 9:00 AM, said it was repaired, and asked for the keys. By 7:00 PM we were locked out again because the system had stopped working. We got an emergency number and called Friday at 7:15 PM. They said someone would arrive in 20 minutes, but after calls every half hour, the same technician finally showed up at 10:15 PM. We waited outside on the street for more than three hours. We missed our restaurant booking for our anniversary. One of us had medication inside, and they didn’t care. The staff were completely lacking in empathy, unprofessional, and unpleasant on the phone. There were stains on the apartment walls and loose bathroom tiles. Before arriving, we’d asked what kind of coffee maker was provided and were told it took capsules, but there was no coffee maker at all. This was the first and last time we’ll rent from this disastrous company.
