The reception team made a particularly special moment during our four days unforgettable. A marriage proposal happened while we were there, and their kindness, attentiveness and willingness to help meant a great deal to us. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and the location made our visit even better. We’re grateful for the hospitality and will happily recommend the hotel. We hope to return to this beautiful city soon, and this will be our first choice next time.

We came to Barcelona for my husband's birthday, and the hotel made a great first impression by calling to say our room was ready early. The staff were so nice, everything was very clean, and I would have guessed it was a five-star hotel rather than a four-star one. Mrs. Alba Franco kept in touch by email and checked whether we wanted restaurant recommendations or any other help. That was so thoughtful. I’m rarely this enthusiastic about a hotel. It’s definitely my home hotel in Barcelona from now on. Thanks to Mrs. Alba Franco and the whole staff, you’re fantastic!

Patricio served our drinks with such a lovely smile, and the cocktails he made were amazing. We had a wonderful stay from beginning to end, with a great room and location. Both bars were beautifully decorated. Thank you!

Lili, mae, and Karen were the best 💖. Breakfast was a great way to start the day, with plenty to choose from, including fresh fruit and pastries as well as hot eggs and bacon. The buffet was kept stocked and the food was well prepared. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the space felt clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Lunch was perfection, and Fabrizio was a very friendly server whose food suggestions were all amazing. We ordered croquetas, babaganouche and steak tartare, then finished with a fabulous brownie and ice cream. We’ll be back. Thank you, Fabrizio!
