The only issue was noise from the school opposite, though it shouldn’t bother early risers. Otherwise, it was a clean, comfortable apartment in a good location, with nice decor and enough space. The rooftop terrace was a nice extra.

One of our friends was bitten by bed bugs on the first night in this infested place. I reported it and called the next morning. They said they would check and send someone, but we heard nothing after that. I called the booking service, and they contacted the property, which said someone would come the next day. That meant we had to spend another night there. The next day brought no apology or reimbursement. When I tried calling again, nobody answered. In the end, Luis spoke to us on a horrible call, didn’t apologize for what happened, and didn’t follow through on what he’d told Booking customer service. Awful experience.

We booked five nights and arrived with our three-year-old, but the apartment wasn’t at all suitable, so we checked out early and found somewhere else. It was very dated, and the location wasn’t convenient for walking to places. Communication from Aparteasy was poor, too. We kept messaging without getting replies. There was no toilet paper, kitchen tissue or cleaning cloths, and only one Dustin bag. The locker and washing machine didn’t work. When we raised this with Luis from Aparteasy, he said casually that they weren’t working, without apologizing. For the missing supplies, he said we could buy them at a nearby store and that they’d forgotten to leave them. The washing machine on the first floor didn’t work either. After a day, he sent a woman to check, and she confirmed it was broken. Be careful before booking.

Luis came by late at night to let us in, and communication was great. Whenever we had an issue, they sent someone over. The apartment had AC, which helped in the summer, and bed linen and towels were provided. I had a lovely stay and will definitely visit again. Thanks, Luis.
