Bar del Majestic

Loved the atmosphere, the drinks were great, and the staff were both kind and helpful.

Honestly, there were nine of us at the table and they kept us waiting for 45 minutes. Then, after all that, they told us there'd never be a table for us. What a disgrace for such an elegant, well-known hotel.

I can't comment on the rooms since I didn't stay overnight. I stopped by a few days ago to meet briefly with a supplier who was staying there regularly. We had a quick drink at the bar, and they brought some snacks with our soft drink. That part was all fine. The staff did seem a little stressed, though. Maybe they were busy, or perhaps it was from having to be patient with guests who think paying for a stay at an exclusive hotel gives them license to make rude demands. One of those guests had to ask for the same thing several times.

We had a really nice time, and Micaela gave us a warm welcome, which meant a lot since plenty of people can be intrusive. Andrea looked after everything in the restaurant and gave us great advice. We're very grateful to them both.
