Nice apartment, clean and equipped with what we needed. The beds were good, and the kitchen was really nice, with a new fridge and gas stove. The dishwasher and washing machine both worked fine. There’s a small elevator that’s meant for “4” people. It’s a 30-minute walk to La Rambla. This was our view of the place: if you’re happy to hear soccer practice every night, it’s for you.

The apartment itself was lovely, but we weren't sure where we were supposed to collect the keys. The old-fashioned elevator was unreliable. There were two bathrooms: one was dim, with some bulbs not working, and had no hot water. We reported the problems, but nothing was fixed. The other bathroom had hot water most of the time. Keep in mind reception closes at 18:30, so if you want a late checkout you may need to pay for another night.

Our room wasn't ready even though we arrived after our original check-in time. The gas stove didn't work and wasn't fixed until the following day. There was no hot water, and the bathroom kept clogging. I wouldn't stay here again.q

The kitchen had everything needed to cook during our stay, and the apartment was lovely, with all the necessary furniture and appliances :)
8/10
The rooms are spacious and breakfast was very good. It's a nice hotel, though the location isn't ideal: the metro station is a 10-minute walk away.
