2/10
The hotel looked clean and the room had plenty of space, but across our three-night stay we were given only one bath towel and one hand towel. When we asked for extra towels, they refused. The washing machine had no drying function, and they told us to hang our clothes on the balcony. We didn't want to use the small balcony for that, and drying things inside the room was difficult. Even though we'd notified them about our key, we waited outside the hotel for about 15 minutes. I won't go there again.

The apartment was clean and tidy, with everything needed for an overnight stay. Its location was convenient for tourists, and I'd recommend it.

We were welcomed warmly and efficiently. The apartment itself is roomy, practical, and in an ideal spot.
