Best House Best Place

I usually don't write reviews, but Best House left me deeply disappointed. My wife and I had planned a vacation stay there, then learned her mother had kidney cancer and needed emergency surgery. We couldn't make the trip. She is still in hospital recovering after having one of her kidneys removed. Best House Best Place told us their policy meant they would keep our deposit and charge us for the entire stay. They showed no concern for my mother-in-law's health or well-being, just focused on the policy and the money. Orbitz was the same, like dealing with robots. There was no compassion, empathy, or sympathy from either of them. This was one of the most classless things I've seen. I hope the heartless, money-hungry people at Best House Best Place have to give our room away for free. God has a special place for greedy people like this. I hope everyone else has a better experience, but their customer service was poor. Thanks for nothing, Best House Best Place. They wouldn't let me give zero stars, so I'm giving one. Vincent H.

The apartment on Hatters' Street was really clean, comfortable, and well cared for. It even had a washing machine. Our window looked onto the Cathedral, which is a very busy spot, but we didn't hear any noise. The soundproofing was excellent, and the service was friendly. They let us check out late at no charge. Highly recommended!

We visited between Christmas and New Year's Eve and found a fantastic place. The apartment was clean, quiet, functional, and perfectly located. Santiago gave us a perfect, friendly welcome. We'll definitely come back.

For my business stay, I found it comfortable and pleasant. The facilities lived up to what I expected, the service was excellent, and the location felt ideal and unique.
