The service was awful. They don’t clean the apartment, and for a whole week they give you just one roll of toilet paper. There aren’t even tissues or cleaning supplies. The washing machine and air conditioner are broken. They say every day that they’ll fix them, but they don’t. Everything’s broken and nothing gets repaired. The service is the worst.
