I booked through Booking.com in January 2026 for a stay in May 2026. On the day I was due to check in, just a few hours beforehand, Booking told me the property had cancelled the reservation. When I called, they couldn't explain why. I asked to book directly and found out the room was already occupied. All of that happened within 30 minutes of the cancellation message. I can't trust a place that handles things like this.

The reception staff were extremely helpful, but the shower and bathroom need renovating as soon as possible. Don't expect much of a view from the window.

I stayed here twice, once at the beginning and again at the end of my vacation. It felt safe the whole time, and the place was clean. The location is great, with friendly, helpful staff. Basic kitchenware is provided, and there are several grocery stores and cafes nearby. Lovely stay!

The staff know their stuff, are friendly, and are always available. The location makes it easy to reach places of interest and connect to other parts of Barcelona. I'd recommend staying here when visiting the city.

I thought all costs were included when I booked through Booking.com, apart from the tourist tax. On arrival, they asked for another 44 euros for cleaning, saying it wasn't included because I'd booked through a third party. It felt like a scam.
