For the price, this place was just what we expected, especially in such an expensive part of Barcelona. The L4 and L5 are close by, and you can get to the main sights in 20 minutes or less. There’s also El Petit Capritx right next door, with a very good menu of the day for €16 and generous portions. We’d happily recommend the accommodation! 😊

The owner was really attentive, and the apartment felt roomy and cozy. There’s a lovely terrace too, just a few minutes’ walk from Sagrada Familia. Highly recommended!

I wouldn’t recommend renting from Flaugier Apartments. The agency ignored our complaints and offered no help with the problems in the apartment, despite the €1200 we’d paid them. The bed frame was warped, so after trying repeatedly to get a response, I ended up replacing it myself. They also kept €250 from our deposit for cleaning, even though we’d cleaned the apartment better than ever, as the contract required, and sent photos showing it was spotless. We disputed the charge, but they ignored us again. A very negative experience.

The apartment was very clean and had good equipment, but getting the €150 deposit back has been a problem. It’s been a week since we left, and the owner still hasn’t replied with a refund or an explanation for keeping it, even though we left the place clean. Avoid staying here if you want your deposit returned.

We stayed here while work was being done at home, and it worked out really well. The apartments are clean, in a handy location for seeing Barcelona, and have what you need for a comfortable stay. Laura was friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. Definitely recommend.
