For what you pay, this place was better than I expected. Some parts of the rooms weren’t clean, and I heard a fair amount of hallway noise. But the view was great and the service was even better. I checked out an hour late, and they were still nice about it. They also kept my bags until my flight. It’s definitely not a bad hotel, despite the experiences other people have shared.

My car broke down while I was living in the UK, and I missed my flight there. I asked for a refund because of what happened, but they refused and charged me £155. Think twice before booking a room here. Choose the Mambo Tango instead. Much better.

Friendly, professional staff, spotless comfortable rooms, and a great location made for a fantastic stay from start to finish. Everything exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for getting around on foot. Please add some hangers in the bathroom and in the room for clothes and towels.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was quite okay. Still, the hostel wasn’t very clean and felt pretty low budget. Don’t trust the photos on the Google profile, either. Some rooms don’t even have windows.
