Hotel Acta Voraport

What impressed me most was how the management handled a problem after our stay. A third-party taxi had overcharged us, and when I got in touch, they took it seriously, kept us informed, and quickly arranged a full refund of the extra amount. You don't often see a hotel take such good care of guests after checkout. The rooms are small but sparkling clean, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, and they rent bikes that made it easy to explore. The view from the pool is stunning, too. It's also in a great spot, with good restaurants nearby, a metro station close by, and a bus stop right outside. A wonderful stay, and I'd happily come back. Huge thanks to the professional management team.

Joel made a real difference from the moment I arrived. He was professional, quick, and proactive, and went beyond what I expected. His care and attention really impressed me. I hope management recognizes his work with a bonus, raise, and promotion, because he absolutely deserves it. He was outstanding, so be sure to ask for him. I also liked the calm but well-connected neighborhood, the great location, and the excellent breakfast, which had healthy options. A fantastic stay, and I'd highly recommend the hotel and its staff.

The bed was the best part of my work trip. It was so comfortable that I slept really well. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, though the scrambled eggs weren't very good. To be fair, I haven't had great scrambled eggs in Spain generally. I didn't have time to check out the views or facilities, but what I did experience was positive. Since the stay was paid for by my company, I can't really judge the value. Overall it was comfortable, and I'd be glad to return.

I stayed for five nights. The staff were all lovely and happy to help with questions, and my room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The dinner menu was fab, though I found the buffet breakfast a bit disappointing. I barely used the rooftop terrace, but it looked like a nice place to sit. Buses and the metro connect the area well, although most tourist spots are a long walk away.
