The location is great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’m giving it only one star because they made me take a triple room and pay an extra 100 Euros. They said Spanish law wouldn’t allow my 8-year-old daughter to stay in a double room and required her to have a separate bed. I checked online afterward but couldn’t find any law supporting that claim. The hotel is old and needs a lot of maintenance.

The location was one of the best parts, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They welcome you warmly and don’t have the attitude toward tourists that you might find at other hotels. There’s also a security measure: after 12:00AM the main door is locked, and you have to show your room key to get in. They have a locker room too. The rooms weren’t the cleanest, and there were bugs, though they seemed harmless. Cleaning times were unpredictable, sometimes around noon and sometimes earlier, so you couldn’t count on your room being cleaned at a particular time. Despite the bugs, I had a great experience overall.

The staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent, but the rest was disappointing. The whole building and its rooms feel worn out and need serious renovation. There aren’t even basic facilities like a kettle anywhere in the hotel. The window handles were broken or missing, so it wasn’t possible to open the windows properly. It’s a shame, because the place has potential, but in its current shape I’d find it hard to recommend.

The location was very good, but I didn’t find the beds comfortable because of how they were positioned in the rooms. Reception staff were cold and unfriendly, and I didn’t feel they were helpful. Their attitude upset me, especially for a hotel in such a good location.
