My room at Magatzem 128 was lovely, with a cozy living area and mini kitchen downstairs, then a quiet, dark, comfortable bed upstairs. The design has an industrial look with lots of plants, and the hotel is set inside a really lovely coffee shop, almost like stepping into another city once you’re inside. Paul at reception was amazing, as was the sweet afternoon staff member whose name I forgot. When I needed a vacuum sealer for my bag, they went out of their way to help with compressed bags. Reception is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.; outside those times, you can use your code to get in. If you lose your card, a machine can issue a new one with a password and ID. I’d absolutely recommend the hotel. It really elevated my experience, and I’ll see you next time!

We spent three nights at the hotel, and the great service was clear from the moment we arrived, from reception to the room and the staff. It was a positive experience, and I recommend it.

It’s a quiet, very clean place that felt new, with friendly staff and a subway station nearby. The hotel is minimalistic. They provided two bottles of water and coffee pods, but there’s no fridge. That’s more an observation than a complaint, especially since there’s a fantastic cafe right outside. I noticed the ground floor suite had no curtains, which seemed a bit unusual. Its window looks onto a playground behind a school, though, and it’s very quiet there at night. There are no street lights at the back, so it’s dark enough to sleep and still feels private. It’s a solid, well-priced spot for a single night or a few days in Barcelona. I’d stay again.

A beautiful little terrace came with my room 1. The hotel is a lovely boutique place with great room rates, very friendly, happy staff, and a connected cafeteria.
