The bed was big and comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and cleaned daily, and they gave me new kitchen supplies. The staff were friendly. But there was little effort to keep quiet hours, and I was woken up every night. Better doors might have helped, since they're so thin you can hear every footstep in the hallway. My AC started leaking, and nobody fixed it even after I asked three times. The shower water pressure and temperature controls were horrible, and the pool was only 2ft deep.

Avoid it if you can. The neighborhood was noisy and close to the city's most problematic area. The kitchens were dirty and sticky, and the staff were horrid. Cleaning service was really bad, but apparently it's mandatory: either you take the cleaning or pay a €200 checkout cleaning fee. Don't leave valuables in your room.

I stayed at Beyoo for a year, and when booking you have to pay a warranty equal to one month's rent. I left in the first week of August and still haven't received it back. They said they needed an IBAN account number, while Chilean banks use a swift code. I offered the manager a Spanish account, but he told me I'd have to wait another month to get my money. The place is nice, but too expensive for such bad management.

The facility felt comfortable, simple, functional, and thoughtfully designed, with soothing colors and hot water 24/7. The staff were friendly, welcoming, approachable, and capable, with useful advice and responsive support. It’s a great place to stay when you’re in Barcelona for the first time.
