It was a pleasure to rest in such a comfortable bed after our trip. Our room was nice, had a minibar, and was cleaned daily. The hotel is in a quiet, peaceful area, and the staff were friendly and always willing to answer questions. Breakfast had a good, tasty selection, enough for us even though it wasn't huge, and we liked being able to take coffee to go. One thing we would suggest is letting guests know about the gym and, as I understand it, the sauna too. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back. 💫😍

Most attractions are walkable from the hotel. It took us about 15 minutes to reach Arc de Triomf and Parc de la Ciutadella, and around 30 minutes for the Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, and Sagrada Família. Our room was clean, with fresh sheets and towels every day. The staff, mostly young, were responsive and helpful with whatever we needed.

Room: 1 star. The negative reviews are true. The bathtub wasn't clean, water sprayed out of the faucet, and the towel warmer was faulty even though maintenance said it was fine. There were gaps in the toilet ceiling where dust could collect. Worst of all, the AC was switched off in the middle of the night, and we had to keep calling just to get it turned back on. Service: 1 star. They can speak with a smile, but the results are still bad. Location: 1 star, with many homeless people outside the building. Breakfast: 2 stars, not worth €18. Accessibility: 3 stars, near the beach and rambla. Recommendation: a big no. I wouldn't bet my name on this hotel.

The metro is only a five-minute walk away, which made my quick trip very easy, and the location is convenient. Service was good, and they recognized my Titanium status with an upgrade and a personalized welcome message with sweet treats. The hotel looks amazing after its recent renovation, and I had a fantastic stay.

We spent four nights here with our small dog, from 17 to 21 January 2026. Breakfast was perfect, the staff were gentle and helpful, and the rooms were clean. I was happy staying here and would choose the same hotel when I visit Barcelona again. Thanks so much for everything. I was sad to return to Greece!
