The rooftop was a relaxing spot to sit and take in views of Barcelona, and there was good outdoor space overall. The apartment was a wonderful size for our family of five, with a good kitchen, dining and living area, and bathrooms. The location was convenient too, near shops and restaurants, with a nice walk down to the beach. We stayed in August 2025.

We paid extra because we wanted a private terrace, but the apartment had only small French balconies. The listing photos didn't reflect the place at all, and the presentation felt clearly false and misleading. Our experience with friendly rentals was unpleasant, with little professionalism or effort to find a solution. The flat was dirty too: the pillows were soiled, the bathroom and floors were very dirty, and toiletries had been left half-used from the previous guests. A bathroom doorknob was broken, and one of my friends got stuck inside. For key pickup we had to walk 20 minutes to an office where the staff were unfriendly, which was ironic given the name “friendly rentals”. Awful experience. We absolutely don't recommend it. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent location, but the customer support didn't resolve the problems. The lobby and corridor smelled of sewage all the time, the AC wasn't working, there was no ventilation, and the floor tiles were broken. There were mosquitoes too.

We loved this modern, comfortable place right on the famous Ramblas street and would come back. Restaurants and tourist spots were close, with the amazing Boqueria market right behind the building.

We were a group of five and had plenty of space in this great flat. Air conditioning was included, which is a must in Barcelona during summer.
