8/10
The beds felt too springy for me, and the hotel’s decor is dated, with signs of its age. Everything in the room worked, though it looked a bit tired, and housekeeping kept it in good shape. The location is convenient: you can walk to Barri Gòtic and El Born, and you’re right in Eixample, very close to Passeig de Gràcia, while still away from the busier noise. Given the other options, it’s decent value. A four-star rating feels about right.

Hats off to Hakeem, David and the rest of the staff for making us comfortable. They even gave us good restaurant recommendations. The room was great, and the customer service was a delight. They really try to please. I’d definitely recommend it.

The location is perfect and quiet, the room is spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Everything was perfect, highly recommend.

On my trip from Chile to Germany, I spent one night in Barcelona. I arrived very early, and the staff let me leave my luggage until the room was ready. They also suggested a great nearby restaurant. My single room was small but clean, with a very nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet was lovely and worth the money. I booked directly with the hotel and got a cheaper rate. The location was very convenient too.

My only issue was the slippery bathtub. I asked for a mat and they provided one. Otherwise, the service was excellent, breakfast was extraordinary, and the room was very comfortable. Hotel Roger de Lluria is centrally located, just one block from the Grand via de les Cortes Catalanas, a main avenue. Enjoy.
